Streetwear is dead… Long live streetwear!

From this simple statement, the brand BOOM BAP was created only about two years ago.

Three people are at the origin of its creation:
Goddam, co-founder of hip-hop label Get Large Records and Snobe, independent graphic designer sharing the same street culture, and Jean 2, founder of the brand 12inch. Stepping away from elitist brands, BOOM BAP unpretentiously uses the basics of street culture by offering visual and graphic items, a blend of pop culture imagery and colourful illustrations.

BOOM BAP embodies the very essence of music, the sound of the big drum and that of the snare drum.
Boom Bap is the beat, the roots of sound. Going back to the basics of what streetwear used to be: simple, efficient, accessible. The brand twists, parodies, samples and takes over fashion trends to produce something new and original.

They make fun of everything and everyone, starting with theirrselves.

“We’re iconoclasts and that’s what we like!”: they quote.
