Terms and conditions
By placing an order at our webshop you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
The present terms and conditions apply to all sales and agreements of YOUR, to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions or conflicting stipulations. With placing an order in our webshop, the client explicitly agrees with the present terms and conditions.
Orders are placed online on our website, by e-mail or phone. While submitting your order, a binding agreement is entered into. After receiving your order, an automatic e-mail confirming your order will be send to you. As soon as your order leaves our shop you will receive another email including the tracking number.
All our offers are non-binding. An agreement is only concluded and orders are final only after confirmation of the order on the website and confirmation of the order in writing by e-mail.
All orders will be send as quickly as possible, but only after receipt of full payment. We endeavor a delivery time of max. 4 working days (depending on which carrier you have chosen in the checkout) which is off course dependent on third parties’ delivery services. All delivery times are indicative and not binding. Deliveries are charged, rates as follows:
TO BELGIUM – max 2 working days – BPOST Secured shipping: €5,75
TO THE NETHERLANDS – max 3 working days – BPOST Secured shipping: €9,10
Apart the value of 500,00 EUR/package, insured by us, the buyer bears all risks related to the sold goods.
When you choose ‘local-pick up’ your order will be ready for pick-up at the store the same day! After your order has been placed you’ll receive a message to confirm what time your order is ready.
(same day pick-up works only if the order is placed before 15.00h. Due to our openinghours, orders placed on Monday will be ready on Tuesday)
All displayed prices are in EUR and include Belgian VAT of 21%. Prices exclude delivery costs, they will appear when selecting a destination in your basket. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of placing the orders, subject to their availability.
Payment – Credit / Debit cards
We accept payments via Dutch & Belgium bank accounts, VISA & MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
Complaints about the delivered goods and/or defects have to be done immediately at the time of delivery and in writing or by e-mail. When no precise and detailed complaint reaches us within 5 days from delivery, in writing, the delivered goods shall be deemed accepted.
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days after receiving your package, subject to following conditions. Products must be returned unused. All original packaging and products must be intact. Send your package with a traceable service so it can be located at any time, and you can be sure it reaches us. Please note that the shipping cost which comes with this return towards our address in on you. When the items have been returned in a perfect condition we will refund you the value of the returned product via the payment method that you have originally selected. Returning your order is simple. First get in touch with us email@example.com We will provide you with a return form, so you can post the goods to be returned together with the original invoice and you can ask for a refund.
Applicable law / Jurisdiction
The agreement between YOUR and the client is governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of the territorial jurisdiction of Antwerp are competent.
