    You see and understand all details in the store and make them work everyday. You like being on the floor, combining sales and coaching the crew.
    Leadership is in your genes!
    As the leader of the team, you always look further to observe both team and results. With your ‘eye for detail’, you’re always sharp as a knife and coach the team to see these details as well. You are a responsible person and own a huge dose of power and perseverance.
    Instead of being afraid to make people better in their job, you are proud of the improvement people make with you as their coach. You can be a strict leader when needed, but overall you work in the middle of the team. You are a real team-player.
    Communication and taking initiative are 2 of your best skills. You prefer confrontation above keeping peace in silence.

    YOUR JOB

    • Responsible for overall management, merchandising, turnover and customer service.
    • Recruiting qualified staff for various positions.
    • Schedule adequate floor coverage while keeping the budgets in mind.
    • Train and develop staff to improve their performance and sales-results.
    • Provide staff with necessary brand- and product knowledge.
    • Manage visual merchandiser to keep the selling floor clean and organized and products are displayed best to support sales.
    • Guide optimal buying and communicate inventory needs.
    • Initiate re-orders when needed.
    • Analyze available sales reports and try to maximize sales at all times.
    • Report directly to owner.
  • PERFUME “NOSE” & SKIN-CARE SPECIALIST

    FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
    Fragrances, their history and ingredients are your passion. Sharing your knowledge with our customers is something you enjoy. You want to sell the right items to the right people. You are pro-active in making contact instead of waiting for a question. You are a good listener. One of your qualities is that you easily find the right product for each customer. Recognizing previous customers and remembering which item you sold them earlier is easy for you. Mixing professional advise with humor is what you automatically do at this department. You hate the ‘standard’ way of working in average perfume stores.

  • SALES ASSOCIATE

    FULL-TIME / PART-TIME. Required to work weekends & holidays.
